Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Wozzim ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Wozzim is a business management platform that provides tools for managing customers, orders, branches, staff, invoices, and related business operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data you input into the Platform. We do not verify or validate your business data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wozzim and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wozzim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wozzim and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wozzim and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
